Under the direction of Management the employee will perform a wide variety of maintenance functions required to maintain the physical plant of the shopping center.
The shift is Tuesday through Saturday 7am to 3:30pm with a half hour lunch.
schedule flexibility is required on an as needed basis, to include an occasional overnight.
This new person will be primarily responsible for the exterior of the property to include but not limited to the following.
-Daily inspection of the exterior of the property.
-Working with the landscape contractor to insure our expectations are met and assist as needed
-Working with exterior housekeeping staff to insure our expectations are met and assist as needed
-Working with Snow contractor to insure our expectations are met and assist as needed. Hand shoveling/ice treatment all entrances is a maintenance responsibility.
-Working with Waste contractor to insure compactors are working properly and areas are kept clean and presentable.
-inspect parking lots, sidewalks, etc. (Pavement and concrete repairs as needed).
-Inspect property signage. (Sign replacement/repairs as needed).
-Inspect and report building structure deficiencies.
-Inspect, inventory and maintain all equipment used outside to include upkeep on the operations truck and skid steer.
